Terms of Service

By accessing or using Pagebud ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Pagebud is operated by Pagebud Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Pagebud provides an AI-powered website generation service. You provide business information; we use it to generate a unique, fully responsive website. You can preview and edit the generated site live.

The Service is provided "as is." While we strive for high quality, we make no guarantee that generated websites will be suitable for any particular purpose.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pagebud. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at hello@pagebud.ai.

Free credits. New accounts receive 3 free credits on signup. Free credits do not expire but cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Purchased credits. Credits purchased never expire. They are non-transferable and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

PRO subscription. PRO subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription time except as required by law or as described in our Refund Policy.

Watermark. Websites generated on the free tier include a "Built with Pagebud" watermark. Purchasing any credit pack or subscribing to PRO removes the watermark from all future generations.

Prices. All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

You agree not to use Pagebud to:

• Generate websites for illegal purposes or businesses
• Create content that is defamatory, obscene, or harassing
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models
• Generate websites at scale for resale without an agency licence agreement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

Your content. You retain ownership of all business information you provide to Pagebud. You grant us a limited licence to process that information solely to generate your website.

Generated websites. Your generated website is yours. You may use, host, modify, and distribute it freely without restriction — no attribution required (unless you are on the free tier, where the watermark must remain).

Our content. The Pagebud platform, branding, and all code not contained in generated websites remain the property of Pagebud Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SITEAI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED WEBSITES WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.

AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SITEAI LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR £100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

On termination, your access to the Service will cease. Your generated sites remain yours.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
