30-day money-back guarantee
All purchases — credit packs and PRO subscriptions — come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email us within 30 days and we'll refund in full. No questions asked.

PRO subscriptions
To cancel your PRO subscription and avoid future charges, go to Dashboard → Billing and click Cancel Subscription.
How to request a refund
Step 1
Email us
Send a refund request to hello@pagebud.ai from the email address on your account. Include your order number if you have it (check your receipt from Stripe).
Step 2
We'll confirm within 24 hours
We aim to respond to all refund requests within one business day. We may ask a quick question to help us improve, but we won't gatekeep your refund.
Step 3
Refund to your original payment method
Refunds are processed via Stripe back to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary — typically 5–10 business days.
Free credits
The 3 free credits given on signup are complimentary and are not eligible for a cash refund — they have no monetary value.
Consumer rights
If you are a UK consumer, you may also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These rights are in addition to the guarantee above, not instead of it.
For digital purchases, you waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off right when you begin using the service. Our 30-day guarantee replaces and exceeds this right.
